Outrek ships to most countries worldwide.
We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, no matter where your adventure begins.
Note: Some remote areas or regions with limited courier access may experience longer delivery times.
2. Processing Time

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Outrek.co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import regulations in your country.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Outrek cannot be held responsible for:

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier is unable to deliver, the customer will be responsible for:
