1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

You must request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Sleeping bags, tents, or cookware that have been used outdoors

Gift cards or digital products

Clearance or “Final Sale” items (marked as non-returnable on the product page)

3. Return Process
To start a return, please:

Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

Ship your item to the address provided.

Please do not send your return without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
You can request an exchange by contacting us at info@outrek.co.
We’ll help you return your current item and place a new order for the product you want.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging, plus your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
